1. On-the-day handover
Every booking ends with a walkaround under the daylight lamps in the bay. If anything is short of the standard discussed during intake, we will fix it then and there at our cost before invoicing. This is the simplest and fastest remedy and the one we encourage every Customer to use.
2. Within 7 days of handover
If a defect related to our work becomes visible within seven calendar days of collection, bring the car back. We will re-inspect and, if the issue is attributable to our work, re-do the relevant stage at no charge. Pre-existing defects noted in the intake walkaround are excluded.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds are considered only where re-work is not practical — for example, where a service was clearly not delivered as described and the Customer reasonably does not wish us to re-perform it. Refund decisions are made by the studio manager within 14 days of the written request.
4. How to request a refund or re-work
Send a written request to [email protected] within 14 days of collection. Include the booking number, the date of service, photographs of the issue under daylight if possible, and a short description. We acknowledge within two business days and resolve within 14 days.
5. Coatings and other manufacturer warranties
Ceramic coating warranties are issued by the manufacturer in your name and run for the period stated on the warranty card (typically 2 to 7 years). Claims under those warranties follow the manufacturer's process — we will assist with the inspection and paperwork at no charge.
6. What is not refundable
Deposits forfeited under clause 6 of the terms & conditions are not refundable. Charges for services delivered as agreed are not refundable simply because the Customer subsequently changes their mind about the colour, finish style or product range chosen at intake.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection right you have under Malaysian law. If you believe a statutory right has been breached, please raise it in writing and we will investigate and respond in line with the relevant law.
