About the studio
A studio built around finish, not throughput.
We opened the Bayan Lepas bay in 2017 with a single rule: no machine wash, no rotary buffers in untrained hands, no rushing the polish stage to fit one more booking. Every car is parked under cold daylight bulbs from arrival to handover so we can see what the paint actually looks like.

Process
The path a booking actually follows.
No service is improvised. Every car is walked through the same four-stage rhythm so the result is repeatable whether it is a hatchback or a 4-litre coupe.
Walkaround
We photograph the car under our daylight lamps, note swirls, chips and trim damage, and agree the work list in writing before keys change hands.
Decontaminate
Citrus foam pre-soak, two-bucket hand wash, clay-bar pass for embedded fall-out, iron remover for the rims and wheel wells.
Correct
Machine polish in stages with paint-thickness checks between passes so we only remove the clearcoat we actually need to remove.
Protect
Sealant, hybrid wax or ceramic coating depending on the booking, cured under climate control and inspected under daylight before handover.

Before you book — the questions we answer most.
How long does a Joltwave full detail take?
A complete exterior plus interior detail typically runs four to six hours. Ceramic coating cures over two days, so the car stays with us overnight.
Do you only hand-wash?
Yes — we never use automatic tunnels or stiff brushes. Every exterior is washed by hand with the two-bucket method on grit-guard mats.
Is ceramic coating safe in Malaysian heat?
It is, when applied in a climate-controlled bay. Our coatings cure under regulated humidity so they bond reliably even during the wettest months of the year.
Do you collect cars in George Town?
We offer pickup and return for ceramic coating bookings within the George Town and Bayan Lepas corridor at no extra charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major debit and credit cards, DuitNow QR and bank transfer. A 30% deposit secures full-detail bookings; the balance is due on collection.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We do not consider a booking complete until you have inspected it under our daylight lamps. If anything is short of the standard, we re-do that step at our cost before invoicing.
